Active owners and managers of real estate and real estate investments since 1999, Hazelview Investments struggled with their phone systems’ integration and reliability across their two distinct business units. Their use of separate phone systems across the units lead to inefficiencies and decentralized management. Using an amalgamation of disjointed webinar platforms added further barriers to communication.
