MTE Consultants (MTE) is a leading multidisciplinary engineering firm that was founded in 1985, and specializes in civil and structural engineering, building and environmental science, toxicology, and land surveying. MTE has spent over 35 years establishing itself as a prominent provider of engineering consulting services.
Before seeking a solution, MTE faced several challenges. Their existing on-premises Microsoft environment, including an outdated exchange environment and on-premises hosted public folders, hindered operational efficiency. Additionally, users were constrained to access corporate data only when physically present in the office, significantly limiting employee empowerment.
These limitations were impeding end-user productivity, and their IT infrastructure was becoming an obstacle rather than an enabler.
