AEL Environment (AEL) is a professional engineering firm focused on providing value-added services in the assessment and remediation of contaminated sites. AEL evaluated a few options for a new phone system for their users and decided that Microsoft Teams was the best option for their organization.
AEL was using Rogers as their phone service provider and wanted to enhance this service. After evaluating a few options for a new phone system for their users, they decided to subscribe to Microsoft Office 365 and use Microsoft Teams as their telephony system. ProServeIT assisted AEL with the setup of their Microsoft Office 365 and Teams environment and migration of their current phone numbers to the Microsoft Teams platform.
