For over 20 years, Hammerco Lawyers LLP (Hammerco) has been a pillar in the legal services sector, consistently helping individuals and businesses to achieve positive legal outcomes.

Hammerco faced challenges with their existing infrastructure, which was not appropriately allocated to support their business requirements. It was over-provisioned in several areas and required new hardware in others, misaligned with future business scalability, reliability, and sustainability.

Following discussions with ProServeIT’s Advisory Team, Hammerco made the decision to undergo IT modernization and transition to a cloud-first methodology.

The Solution: System Optimization and Strategic Shift to Enhance Performance

ProServeIT conducted a thorough analysis of Hammerco's processes, identified key issues, and developed a set of recommendations to address them.

Instead of investing time and money in fixing their existing their over-provisioned/under-provisioned resources, ProServeIT recommended a strategic shift to an optimized cloud technology platform (Microsoft Azure).

ProServeIT helped Hammerco move from on-premises applications to SaaS (software as a service) applications and created hybrid identities for single-credential access. Additionally, their terminal services were replaced with Azure Virtual Desktop which is protected through MFA (Multi-factor Authentication). As well, all their applications were moved to the cloud.

Hammerco's rapid cloud deployment streamlined operations by eliminating the need for Terminal Services while simultaneously providing scalability, improved data protection, and increased flexibility. Hammerco's cloud-based (Azure) infrastructure enables rapid responses to changing business requirements.
