Street Capital was using Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) for conditional access for their Office 365 tenant; however, the AD FS rules were not working as they expected. They wanted to have Conditional Access only for certain individuals.
Solution
ProServeIT had done Street Capital’s original migration to Azure, but it had been completed through a third party partner. Given that Street Capital was extremely satisfied with the quality of work done by ProServeIT’s consultants, they wanted to work directly with ProServeIT on their additional IT projects.
This trusting relationship is why they decided to implement Azure AD Premium to manage Conditional Access, rather than fixing the current AD FS environment. ProServeIT’s consultants advised that Azure AD Premium would be a better choice to meet Street Capital’s needs.
